DO review timing
The DO review is the stage most variable in timing. Most orders are reviewed within 1–2 working days. Complex prescriptions or orders that require additional information may take longer. You will receive an email at each key stage — review, approval, dispatch.
What if my order is put on hold?
If the Dispensing Optician has a query, they will place the order on hold and we will contact you by email. You will have the opportunity to provide additional information. Held orders are typically resolved within 2–3 working days of you responding.
What if my order is rejected?
If an order cannot proceed safely, the DO will reject it. Your payment authorisation is cancelled — you are not charged anything. You will receive an explanatory email. See our Returns page for full details.
Delivery
All orders are dispatched via tracked delivery (typically Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent). You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information. Reframify Kids is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist in investigating any delivery issues.
