Browse our catalogue of children's frames. Every frame in our range is selected for durability, age-appropriate sizing, and optical suitability for children. Choose by collection, colour, or size.

Configure lenses

Select your child's lens type (Single Vision, or specialist options where available) and any coating add-ons. Our configurator checks prescription ranges in real time and flags combinations that need special attention.

Enter prescription and child details

Enter your child's current prescription (must be less than 2 years old), pupillary distance (PD), and date of birth. You will also enter your contact details as parent or guardian.

Checkout — payment authorised, not captured

You complete checkout and your card is authorised but not charged. No money leaves your account at this stage. Payment is only captured after DO approval.

Dispensing Optician review

Every order is reviewed by a GOC-registered Dispensing Optician. They check the prescription, the frame/lens combination, and the age-appropriateness of the order. This typically takes 1–2 working days.

• Approved: payment is captured and order proceeds to glazing
• On Hold: DO has a query — you'll be contacted before anything proceeds
• Rejected: order cannot proceed safely — authorisation cancelled, no charge

Glazing and dispatch

Approved orders go to our UK optical lab partner. Lenses are precision-cut to your child's prescription and fitted to the frame by qualified technicians.

Delivery

Completed glasses are dispatched. Delivery is typically 5–7 working days from approval. You'll receive tracking details by email.
